It's a delightful self-catering casetta located on the Oltrarno side of the river about a 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Plenty of room for a couple. I stayed at the Florence convent, that is not too far from the train station. It is mentioned in Rick Steves book or there is a link to the available convents from the Rome section. It was clean, quiet, in a safe area and basic. No breakfast and there is a curfew. 15 minute walk to the Duomo and train station.
